PACT is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.
Contributions to PACT are deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.

The costs of the lawsuit against the Governor is, by necessity, the largest portion of our expenses.

However, a portion of PACT efforts are concentrated on alerting our fellow citizens and our elected officials to the dangers that threaten our community if we here in Florence, Oregon are forced to play host to a casino.

We need your help to continue the day to day work that PACT does.
We educate politicians, write letters, hand out flyers door to door, maintain the web page, put up "NO CASINO" signs, pay for ads and accommodations for public education meetings, print up handouts and informational material.

That means we need money to pay for printing, postage and other every-day expenses any organization incurs.

Our overhead is low.
All volunteers work out of their private homes and offices.
All day-to-day work for PACT is done by volunteers.
NOT ONE PERSON associated with PACT receives any kind of salary or payment for their time.

We have a PACT General Fund to pay for these day-to-day expenses, and we need
your financial support to continue these important efforts.
